Role Overview
The PF Process (CRO/Kiln/CoalMill) is responsible for operational management, cost control, continuous improvement, plant availability, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), and system management. The role involves monitoring process parameters, identifying abnormalities, and performing corrective actions. The PF Process must also ensure good housekeeping, limited use of power, and adherence to safety precautions on and off the site.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include checking operation parameters, identifying abnormalities, informing PF/SH for corrective actions, and recording shift-wise production. The role also involves optimizing operation by reduction in RPM cost, reducing breakdowns, and improving productivity.
