Senior FP&A Analyst, Operations / Supply Chain

Role Overview

Doka USA is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations / Supply Chain FP&A professional to serve as the primary financial advisor to operations and supply chain leadership.

Provide forward-looking analysis, cost transparency, and decision support across the operating network while helping leaders improve service, productivity, cash, and return on invested capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Operations Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, or a related finance role within a multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, operational cost analysis, performance management, and business case development
• Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, capacity planning, productivity metrics, working capital, and key operational drivers
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools preferred
• Experience with SAP and related finance or operational modules is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
