Role Overview
The company is looking for a resource to be inserted into the team of the Area Marketing & Group Campaign in the position of MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST & COPYWRITER. The resource will have a natural inclination to writing and a good knowledge of marketing automation tools.
What You Will Do
Writing communications to customers, designing and planning marketing automation flows and campaigns, developing and personalizing email templates, analyzing the customer journey, and writing commercial and product content.

Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines
- Previous experience in a similar role (marketing, communication, content/copywriting)
- Excellent command of the Italian and English languages and solid writing skills
- Good ability to analyze data and orientation towards results
- Good knowledge of the Office package and Google My Business
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, in particular Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with graphic and design programs, such as Figma and Canva
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email creation
