Role Overview

The role is a hybrid position that requires two days a week at the institution’s headquarters in Porto Alegre and São Paulo, and three days a week working remotely. The team focuses on inspiring experiences for a growth and innovation journey. The role involves performing structured studies of the credit portfolio, analyzing performance, delinquency, and assertiveness, and supporting the analysis areas.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing structured studies of the credit portfolio, evaluating performance, delinquency, and assertiveness, and conducting initiatives of improvement in the treatment and use of data. The role also involves supporting the analysis areas, formalization, and sustainability of credit through the provision of data, indicators, and analyses.

The role requires a completed Superior Course in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related areas, and post-graduation in progress in Data analytics, Data Science, Governance of data, and/or Strategic Management. The role also requires advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, and statistical tools for data extraction, treatment, and analysis, and knowledge in Databricks and ServiceNow for data consultation, integration, and management.

Requirements

• Completed Superior Course in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related areas
• Post-graduation in progress in Data analytics, Data Science, Governance of data, and/or Strategic Management
• Advanced Excel for development and analysis of complex plans, advanced formulas, dynamic tables, graphics, dashboards, and automations
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, and statistical tools for data extraction, treatment, and analysis
• Knowledge in Databricks and ServiceNow for data consultation, integration, and management
• Knowledge of credit processes, automation of activities, and data management projects aimed at operational efficiency
