People Operations Team Lead

Role Overview

Drive operational excellence across People Operations by leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality employee lifecycle services and maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of People Operations Specialists, oversee the delivery of employee lifecycle activities, and ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of employee data in Workday.

Requirements

• Experience as people leader/team management responsibilities in People Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Advisory, Employee Administration, or a related HR environment
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience using data and insights to support decision-making and process improvements
• Fluent Polish, and professional proficiency in English (C1) with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
