Data Projects Manager & Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Projects Manager & Data Analyst will be responsible for project management, data flow management, and data valorization. They will ensure the operational management and governance of the S.I. decision-making tool, write technical and functional specifications, and treat incidents and pilot crisis management.

What You Will Do

The Data Projects Manager & Data Analyst will perform project management and implementation, data flow management, and data valorization. They will ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data throughout their life cycle, exploit databases and/or analyze results critically, and create and develop dashboards and reporting.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data in a similar function or in an operational function with a focus on ETL and SI-related questions for decision-making tools. They will have strong technical skills, including database management skills, experience with data-oriented programming languages, and experience with project management tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data in a similar function or in an operational function with a focus on ETL and SI-related questions for decision-making tools
• Database management skills and SQL querying
• Experience with data-oriented programming languages (notably Python, R)
• Experience with data visualization tools (proprietary and/or open-source)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira) and versioning/automation (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend)
• Knowledge of the social housing sector or housing policies is an asset
