Role Overview

The Business Development role will implement a partner strategy to drive incremental revenue and create value for acquirers and issuers. The role will contribute to developing strategic business plans and take responsibility for their implementation. The role will also focus on expanding UPI card acceptance at new merchant segments and executing merchant marketing programs.

What You Will Do

The Business Development role will implement a partner strategy, contribute to developing strategic business plans, expand UPI card acceptance at new merchant segments, execute merchant marketing programs, and improve ATM/POS/Online acceptance of UPI cards in the Uzbekistan market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Banking, Fintech, Economics, Business administration industries
• In-depth payment card business (both traditional and innovative) market knowledge
• Good analytical skills and negotiation skills
• High-level communication skills
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• English proficiency is required; local language proficiency is highly desirable
