Enterprise Data & Analytics Manager

Role Overview

The Enterprise Data & Analytics Manager leads enterprise-wide efforts to strengthen data governance, quality, analytics, and data-informed decision-making. The role establishes standards, practices, and decision rights across key data domains.

What You Will Do

Translate business needs into practical data, reporting, governance, and technology requirements. Partner with IT and business teams on CRM, financial, HR, and other system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Finance, Analytics or a related field
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in data, analytics, data governance, master data management, business intelligence or data transformation
• Demonstrated experience improving data quality in corporate systems through defined ownership, controls, and remediation processes
• Demonstrated experience contributing to at least one cross-functional data governance or master data initiative
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience communicating complex data and technology concepts to executive and non-technical audiences
