Role Overview
The ideal candidate will maintain and administer the Salesforce environment, support system alignment between U.S. and Canadian Salesforce processes, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to document, optimize, and deploy automations and workflows.
What You Will Do
Maintain and administer the Salesforce environment, support system alignment, collaborate with stakeholders, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, partner with staff to deliver training and user support, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred)
- Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder)
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or technology environments is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones (U.S. and Canada)
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes and advance research
