Role Overview
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own and drive P&L performance for Univar Solutions’ Dow Personal Care portfolio in North America, translating supplier strategy into demand generation, pricing, and growth plans executed with the CARE/BPC sales and technical teams.
What You Will Do
The role involves P&L ownership, business planning, supplier relationship management, pricing and cost management, demand planning, supply and working capital, demand generation and commercial enablement, and market, regulatory, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements
- Four-year degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product management, supplier management, or field sales experience in chemical distribution or specialty ingredients
- Experience in Beauty & Personal Care ingredients strongly preferred; working knowledge of silicones and personal care applications a plus
- Proven experience managing a strategic supplier relationship and leading business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated financial management skills, including P&L, pricing, forecasting, and working capital
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse and significant workload
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar tools preferred
- Ability to travel for supplier meetings, customer visits, and industry events
