The People Operations Administrator is responsible for handling workforce administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date people/HR records, providing accurate accompanying paperwork, and running data checks. This role will work alongside the People Business Partners and Advisers and contribute to the People Operations, Data and Systems teams in the UK.
Requirements
- Understanding of the employee life cycle and HR business processes
- Strong time-management, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience working in cross-functional groups and across multiple countries
