Growth Fellowship

Role Overview

The Growth Fellowship is a paid program for those who want to go from idea to ready product together with the Universe leadership team. For three months, you will launch your own mini-product, from researching the niche and testing hypotheses to a prototype and first results.

What You Will Do

You will research the market, test hypotheses, create a product, and learn the basics of product management and growth. You will receive a real task, full ownership, and the opportunity to continue working in Universe after the program.

Requirements

• Experience launching a project on your own initiative
• English at the level of B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher
• AI-native: using AI for research, analysis, prototyping, and automation
• Learning on the latest courses or recently graduated from a top university in Europe or Ukraine
• Understanding of digital businesses and analytical base
• Ability to take ownership of the result and move the work forward independently
