Role Overview

The Senior Associate Director, Marketing Systems and Automation owns Booth’s marketing automation strategy and execution, working across Booth marketing and across the school to roll out automation that improves efficiency. This role centers on Executive Education, with additional time supporting Booth Marketing’s broader initiatives.

What You Will Do

Administers and optimizes Salesforce and Marketo, builds and manages data frameworks, develops training materials, leads user training, and partners with research, data science, and marketing operations teams to deliver real-time reporting and insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Relevant Salesforce professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Background with operational technology, automation tools, AI frameworks, and agentic AI workflows
  • Strong expertise in web technologies, digital platforms, and IT processes
