Senior Financial Analyst-Transplant Administration

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst works with financial data to ensure proper spending controls are in place, developing and maintaining revenue and spending budgets for accuracy, control, and compliance within the Transplant Administration budget office.

What You Will Do

Supports the implementation, presentation, and ongoing management of capital, operating, statistical, and personnel budgets, performs financial analysis, and makes recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Three years of related experience
• Medical/healthcare or higher education experience preferred
• Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient use of formulas in Microsoft Excel or similar skills
