Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will work closely with business units and academic departments to identify business requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and lead strategic technology projects. The role will involve architecting and configuring technical solutions, establishing seamless integration with other information management systems, and leading comprehensive system maintenance and upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of Salesforce work experience
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration with a focus on custom object creation, permissions, and data management
• Proficiency in building flows within Salesforce using Flow Builder or similar tools
• Experience in creating complex workflows and automated processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
