Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the marketing strategy for UNLEASH America, driving revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the events industry
  • Strong experience marketing events in America to the American Market
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including paid social, email marketing, website optimisation, and partnership marketing
  • Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs and make data-backed decisions
  • Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
