Role Overview
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to help the company make informed business decisions. You will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand performance, investigate variances, and improve reporting processes.
What You Will Do
You will prepare templates, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and consolidate financial projections. You will review forecast submissions, prepare monthly financial reports, and investigate revenue and expense variances.

You will identify opportunities to simplify forecasting and reporting, automate recurring work, and improve the consistency and reliability of financial data. You will work with Accounting to reconcile financial results and research differences between actuals and forecasts.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
