Role Overview
The Academic Data Analyst will conduct analyses in collaboration with the Data and Information Management Team using data both internal and external to Uplift. The analyst will also provide support to schools and senior leadership to help leaders act on the data analysis provided.
What You Will Do
Evaluate complex information from multiple internal and external sources, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and determine the analytical approach necessary to address stakeholder and organizational needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a Quantitative Social Science
- 2 or more years’ experience with data analysis or business intelligence
- Proven understanding of relational database concepts
- Experience developing process documentation
- Experience in applied statistics and value-added analysis
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving with large amounts of data
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Experience working with artificial intelligence tools such as Gemini, Copilot, etc.
