Role Overview

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in seeking new business opportunities to drive the company’s revenue growth in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role involves generating leads through networking, events, and cold outreach, as well as managing inbound leads generated by marketing. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that thrives with the opportunity to exceed established sales and activity targets.

What You Will Do

Identify and prospect for leads, manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close, qualify prospects, gather business requirements, and present and bring opportunities to close.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Technology or Operations
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling to SMB professional services, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas
  • Direct experience selling IT services, technology, and/or hardware
