Sales Operations Support Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Support Specialist will participate in a structured sales and leadership development program, learning and applying knowledge of UPS products, services, and customer solutions. They will build and strengthen customer relationships, develop account strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to achieve growth objectives.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include participating in customer meetings, business reviews, and account planning discussions, practicing prospecting, discovery, and customer needs analysis skills, and presenting recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
