Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will drive all aspects of FP&A, including forecasting and business planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting. The role will build reliable financial models, translate business and financial results into actionable insights, and partner across the organization to support informed decision-making.
What You Will Do
Support short- and long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for the Unsecured Lending organization. Develop executive-ready insights and commentary for recurring forecast and business reviews, month-end close, and annual planning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including experience building complex financial models
- Experience analyzing large data sets and translating financial and business drivers into recommendations for decision-making
- Experience developing financial forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and financial or operational performance reporting
