Remote HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing infrastructure, focusing on CRM, marketing automation, campaign execution, lead management, and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, build workflows, manage contacts, create landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and dashboards, and support WordPress-related marketing activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, provide strategic input, and execute directly in HubSpot with minimal training, and have 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Hub, CRM administration, workflows, and automation
• Experience with lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and reporting
• Background supporting B2B companies, preferably SaaS or software businesses
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
• Experience with landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and webinars
• WordPress experience is preferred
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
