HR Generalist (People Operations & Workforce Reporting)

Role Overview

Support a fast-growing U.S. healthcare team with hands-on HR operations, workforce reporting, and technology-driven process improvement.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and workforce summaries; build Excel or Google Sheets reports; use AI tools to improve HR workflows, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations roles
• Strong understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience preparing HR or workforce reports
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfort working with HR technology, data, and automation
• Regular experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to HR operations and reporting
• Ability to work required U.S. business hours
