Sales Operations Support Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Support Analyst will provide comprehensive support to business lines within the Business Banking Segment, conducting research and analysis related to the Sales Validation Process, and supporting the implementation of new or revised banking products or services.

The role will involve providing support to assigned business lines, conducting research and analysis, enabling effective communication of technical or complex operational functions, addressing escalations, and facilitating communications across the segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three to five years of related experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and/or nCino CRM
• Experience with Hogan and Fusion
• Prior Banking product or sales support experience
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of sales, operations, and support functions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise discernment in making judgment calls
• Working knowledge of performance reporting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in data analysis including proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
• Help desk support experience
