Counter/Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Counter/Inside Sales Associate will assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email, and support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.

What You Will Do

Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers, provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, electrical product knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Electrical product knowledge

• Basic math skills
• Comfort using web browsers and data entry tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
