A well-funded, early-stage AI startup is building an autonomous platform that helps high-growth subscription businesses retain more customers and maximize recurring revenue. By combining advanced AI with deep integrations across billing, analytics, and CRM platforms, the company enables customers to automate retention strategies and recover revenue that would otherwise be lost.

Backed by leading venture investors and already generating seven figures in ARR, the business has built its success almost entirely through inbound demand and referrals. With strong product-market fit established, they are now hiring their first dedicated GTM leader to build a scalable outbound engine and help drive the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the outbound sales motion from scratch, prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals with six-figure ACVs
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close, while managing pipeline in Salesforce
  • Partner closely with the CEO to define GTM strategy, ICP, messaging, and market positioning
  • Develop strategic partnerships by attending industry events, building relationships with agencies and platform partners, and representing Sirius externally
  • Balance closing inbound opportunities with creating repeatable outbound acquisition processes that scale with the business

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals, with experience selling enterprise deals worth $100K+ ACV
  • Experience building or owning a GTM motion at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline independently through outbound sales
  • Experience sourcing and closing partnership opportunities
  • Familiarity with creative distribution channels such as PLG, referrals, or co-marketing
  • Existing network within consumer subscription businesses, including DTC, media, or fitness brands, is a strong advantage
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and minimal structure
