Strategic Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Strategic Financial Analyst will work directly with the Head of FP&A and present to senior leadership, taking on real responsibility early in their career. The role involves close exposure to business leaders and real ownership of work, with a focus on strategic analysis and executive decision support.

What You Will Do

The analyst will own analyses that inform major decisions, build and maintain the company’s core operating model, and partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations leaders to size opportunities and track whether bets pay off.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (typical, but not mandatory)
• Strong performance record, such as early promotions, challenging assignments, or added responsibility
• Ability to break down ambiguous questions into pieces and work toward a clear answer
• Comfortable with numbers and building analyses that hold up to scrutiny
• Clear and confident communication skills, in writing and in front of senior leadership
