Analyst – Fund Finance Operations

Role Overview

Validus Risk Management is looking for an Analyst to join its Fund Finance Operations team. The team supports the management and administration of fund finance facilities for private capital clients. The role suits a recent graduate or an early-career professional who wants to build a career in fund finance, private credit or capital markets operations.

What You Will Do

Support the day-to-day operational management of subscription line and NAV facilities, monitor facility utilisation and borrowing base availability, assist with drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, interest and fee calculations, and settlement instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting or a related subject
• Up to two years’ experience in financial services (e.g. fund administration, banking operations, loan agency, fund accounting or audit) is advantageous but not required
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• High attention to detail and awareness of controls
• Good Excel skills, including financial calculations and data analysis
• Ability to read financial statements and credit agreements (an advantage)
• Familiarity with AI tools, with ideas on how to use them to streamline business processes (an advantage)
