We are seeking an Account Manager to own the customer relationship end to end for our membership services platform serving hundreds of chambers of commerce across the US. The role involves managing customer relationships, onboarding and training new customers, driving revenue growth, and using AI as a force multiplier.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years in B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to retain and grow an existing book of business
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized organizations
  • Strong phone presence
  • Builder mindset
  • Active use of AI tools in workflow
