CRM Analyst

Role Overview

As a CRM Analyst, you’ll help shape how Vanguard’s European business uses CRM data to better understand, engage and support clients and intermediaries. You’ll champion data quality, enhance CRM adoption, and uncover valuable insights that influence decision-making.

What You Will Do

You will act as a trusted CRM contact, partner with business stakeholders, support requirements, user acceptance testing, releases, change adoption and CRM enhancements, translate CRM data into actionable insight, develop and improve reporting, dashboards and views, and analyse user behaviour, process performance and CRM interaction patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, business analysis, client analytics, distribution support or a related role
• Experience working with advanced CRM systems, sales, service or client-engagement platforms
• Ability to quickly learn CRM platform functionality, understand how systems support business processes, and work confidently with product and technology teams
• Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes and convert business needs into practical CRM improvement
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards, client insight and data-quality improvement approaches
• Confident leading calls and workshops, communicating clearly with stakeholders across regions and levels, and ensuring discussions result in clear decisions and actions
