Growth Engineer

Role Overview

We’re a fast-growing, remote-first company building products for some of the most innovative technology companies in the world. We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered marketing and growth systems at Vantage.

What You Will Do

Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI agents and automation that directly impact how Vantage acquires and engages customers. Build AI-powered growth systems, own marketing automation infrastructure, develop intelligent agents, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, automation engineering, or a related technical role
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, automated workflows, or LLM-based applications
• Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow development
• Experience with automation tools and AI development platforms
• Ability to design, build, debug, and maintain reliable automated systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
• Comfort working independently, rapidly prototyping ideas, and iterating based on performance data
• Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
