FP&A Manager-Thailand and Malaysia

Role Overview

The Finance Manager, Thailand & Malaysia, serves as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Country Leadership Teams, providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and decision support to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast, long-range planning, and monthly performance review processes for Malaysia and Thailand. Provide in-depth financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience across FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and management reporting skills, with a solid understanding of P&L drivers, sales, pricing, margins, and cost management
• Experience supporting multiple markets or working in a matrix organization is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools is advantageous
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
