FP&A Analyst

Varonis is seeking an FP&A analyst to join their finance team to drive strategic decision making across the organization. The position offers hands-on exposure to leadership, ownership of critical reports/analysis, and the opportunity to directly influence business insights.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, large data sets, analysis)
• Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable working with leadership
• Highly responsible, detailed-oriented and organized (attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to improve analysis, reporting and business-driving decisions
• Comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and offering alternative perspectives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to develop thoughtful, data-backed analysis
• Team player with a high self-standard of excellence; flexible and self-motivated
