Marketing Technology Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology Specialist plays a key role in supporting and advancing the Firm’s marketing technology ecosystem and data-driven initiatives. The Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration and optimization of key marketing technology platforms, including the Firm’s CRM, Intapp, DealCloud, and email marketing platform, Vuture.

What You Will Do

The Specialist will independently manage email marketing campaigns, support CRM data quality and functionality, develop reports and dashboards, troubleshoot platform issues, and identify opportunities to improve and automate marketing processes.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Experience with workflow automation, system integrations, AI tools, or data visualization platforms.
• Experience supporting or training end users on business technology platforms.
• Curiosity about emerging marketing technologies, automation, AI, and evolving best practices within professional services.
