Role Overview

The Financial Analyst, Asset Management supports portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting, and foundational operational insight. This role plays a key part in evaluating asset-level financial performance, monitoring KPIs, and assisting with the analytical work that underpins asset reviews.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining models, reports, and analytics supporting asset performance, reviewing financial statements, operating data, and KPIs submitted by operators or tenants, conducting competitive and market analyses to support strategy and decision-making, and preparing reporting and presentation materials for asset managers and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate or related analytical discipline

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management capabilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
