Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives in terms of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and contribute to the improvement of the performance and efficiency of these areas.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Specialist will ensure the deployment and compliance with the company’s values, policies and procedures, and contribute to process improvement by collecting pain points on Quote to Cash activities and facilitating process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounting and financial processes, experience in customer care and customer master data, and proficiency in EPR (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Relevant qualification associated with Sales administration or Accounts receivables
• Good understanding of accounting and financial processes
• Experience in customer care, customer master data, product master data with an ERP (SAP)
• Excellent English (verbal/written)
• Good French (verbal/written)
• Spanish or Italian (not essential but preferred)
• EPR (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Google Workspace (Sheets)
• Tableau, DataStudio
• Financial and accounting qualifications (not essential but preferred)
