Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst, Global FP&A supports the organization’s forecasting, reporting, and financial planning processes by delivering timely analysis, actionable business insights, and decision support across revenue, margin, operating expenses, and commercial performance.

A typical day will involve financial planning and forecasting, commercial performance analysis, reporting and business insights, financial systems and process improvement, and business partnership and strategic support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including large dataset analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
