Clinical Data Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Clinical Data Enablement Manager will support and enhance clinical data operations across modern cloud-based data platforms. This role will drive the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of clinical data pipelines that underpin critical clinical development activities.

What You Will Do

The Clinical Data Enablement Manager will support end-to-end clinical data pipelines, build and enhance ETL/ELT workflows, develop and support cloud-based data ingestion and transformation processes, and implement automation solutions for scheduling and data ingestion.

Requirements

• BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 5+ years in data engineering, pipeline development/operations, and multi-source data integration
• Foundational SQL skills
• Understanding of basic data modelling and data quality checks
• Familiarity with integration patterns (NoSQL exposure a plus)
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R
• Exposure to building/supporting pipelines with basic testing, logging, and monitoring
• Familiarity with Agile/SDLC concepts
• Jira/Confluence experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• Awareness of CDISC/CDASH/SDTM concepts and willingness to learn how standards impact downstream clinical deliverables
• Hands-on experience with CSV, JSON, XML and file/API-based integrations
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Spark)
• Working knowledge of GitHub/GitLab version control
• CI/CD exposure is a plus
• Experience or exposure to GxP-regulated practices (documentation, change control, audit readiness)
• Understanding of data integrity expectations and ability to follow controlled procedures
