Senior Clinical Data Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Clinical Data Enablement Manager will support and enhance clinical data operations across modern cloud-based data platforms. This role will play a key part in enabling efficient, reliable, and compliant clinical data delivery.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Clinical Data Enablement Manager, you will support end-to-end clinical data pipelines, build and enhance ETL/ELT workflows, develop cloud-based data ingestion and transformation processes, and implement automation solutions for scheduling and data quality checks.

Requirements

• BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 7+ years in data engineering, pipeline development/operations, and multi-source data integration
• Foundational SQL skills
• Understanding of basic data modelling and data quality checks
• Familiarity with integration patterns (NoSQL exposure a plus)
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R
• Experience with Agile/SDLC concepts
• Jira/Confluence experience preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting operational dashboards and data visualizations
• Awareness of CDISC/CDASH/SDTM concepts and willingness to learn
• Hands-on with CSV, JSON, XML and file/API-based integrations
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Spark)
• Working knowledge of GitHub/GitLab version control
• CI/CD exposure is a plus
• Experience or exposure to GxP-regulated practices (documentation, change control, audit readiness)
• Prior regulatory inspection/audit support experience; AWS/Azure and/or Python certification (preferred)
