About This Role
The Public Sector Inside Sales Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for executing projects with a broad scope and impact, leading key initiatives focused on growth and retention efforts within the Public Sector organization. This role serves as a critical link between technical teams, finance, marketing, and Public Sector sales. You will create an environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork, and accountability while balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. This role will also be responsible for turning data into meaningful recommendations by using statistical methods to solve complex business problems and drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
Project & Program Management
- Manage multiple projects through the full execution lifecycle by developing business cases, tracking progress, and managing project scope.
- Translate concepts into actionable plans for execution, ensuring success criteria and timelines are clearly outlined in the scope of work.
- Identify and develop solutions for business improvement opportunities involving systems, methodologies, and funnel reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling business cases and guide the systems launch process
- Manage multiple small to large projects simultaneously under aggressive deadlines while ensuring high-quality results
- Analyze sales data to drive accurate forecasting, funnel management, and operational efficiency
- Support multiple projects in a fast-paced transformational role
- Partner with finance on quarterly quotas for inside sales teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related work experience
- Six or more years of relevant work experience, with at least three years in B2B Sales or Sales Operations/Support
- Willingness to travel, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor others
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing comprehensive project plans in a dynamic environment
- Advanced G Suite (including Gemini for Workspace and custom Gems), Sheets, and Slides skills; knowledge of BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Territory Management preferred
- Strong AI knowledge or willingness to quickly learn and leverage AI capabilities
Work Environment
In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position based on a full-time schedule is: $115,000.00 – $200,000.00. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
