Role Overview
The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager will be a critical partner to the high-performing Enterprise Sales team, designing, developing, and delivering impactful programs, content, and resources to equip sales professionals to effectively engage with large, complex accounts and drive significant revenue growth.
What You Will Do
The role will involve strategic enablement planning, content development and curation, program design and delivery, sales process optimization, sales tools and technology, performance measurement and analysis, collaboration and communication, market and competitive intelligence, and coaching and mentoring.

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement or training
- Fluency in solution selling approaches like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and Challenger
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, processes, and strategies for engaging large, complex accounts effectively
- Program development skills, including building and delivering enablement programs that actually work
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand
- Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Comfort with navigating sales enablement platforms and tools
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to track what matters, measure impact, and use insights to continuously improve enablement outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product
