The Growth Product Manager, Access Control role is a high-agency position that will drive growth initiatives from idea to impact, identifying opportunities and turning them into measurable revenue.

What You Will Do

Develop the growth strategy for a specific product area, identify opportunities to increase pipeline and bookings, and build and execute growth programs to produce measurable revenue impact.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in driving revenue growth through product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or another analytical and commercially oriented role, with strong commercial instincts and comfort working directly with sales reps, sales leaders, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in driving revenue growth through product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or another analytical and commercially oriented role
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort working directly with sales reps, sales leaders, partners, and customers
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills: ability to pull and cut data using SQL, Sheets, and CRM reporting
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and live-training skills
• Strong product and marketing taste: ability to distinguish an exceptional experience, campaign, message, offer, or sales asset from an average one, and explain why
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to drive work through teams you do not directly manage
