Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day running of our digital marketing engine. The role directly affects how efficiently the business attracts, converts and retains customers, and how quickly marketing can move from idea to live campaign.

What You Will Do

Manage and update the website in Framer independently, including publishing content and maintaining marketing pages. Set up, run and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant channels. Create and send segmented email campaigns and manage customer communications in SendGrid.

Requirements

• Proven track record of executing digital marketing campaigns, with results you can point to (e.g. traffic growth, lower cost per acquisition, better conversion rates).
• Hands-on experience managing a website through a CMS and publishing content independently.
• Practical understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM and web analytics.
• Experience running email campaigns and working with CRM or email platforms.
• Confident setting up tracking (UTMs, conversion events) and turning data into actionable insights.
• Able to work independently, prioritise well and solve operational problems without close supervision.
• Strong coordination skills and comfort working with design and technical teams.
• Excellent written English.
