Sales Operations & Support Coordinator I

Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Support Coordinator I ensures that inquiries from customers, Vertiv Partners, Vertiv Sales Representatives, and Inside Sales Representatives are addressed within established service-level timeframes. The role also includes reviewing Project for general market, map approved registration from Impartner to Redwood and process custom SKU request.

What You Will Do

Map approved registrations for NA, Federal NA, Canada, and LATAM from IMPartner to Oracle Sales Cloud (Redwood), complete workload on time, implement error-proofing methods, adhere to shift schedules and attendance expectations, and participate in team/functional/business overview presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of any 4-year course
• 2-year experience in Customer Service
• 1-year experience with Vertiv Customer service environment
• Customer Focus
• Action Oriented
• High Attention to Detail
• Good Communication Skills
• Highly Organized with ability to multitask
