Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, contractors, consultants, and various departments within the organisation to prepare accurate technical quotations and material take-offs for electrical switchgear and power distribution projects.

What You Will Do

Prepare technical quotations, review tender documentation, liaise with sales teams and customers, and manage multiple quotations to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum exposure in a Sales / Quotation support role
• Experience gained in liaison with Contractors or Consulting Engineers
• Hold a related HND/Degree in Engineering/Business
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Logical and Methodical approach to role
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Professional telephone manner when dealing with clients
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
