Role Overview

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with property managers, developers, and business partners, and expanding market presence. The role drives business growth through strategic prospecting, sales planning, partnership development, and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, qualifying business opportunities, preparing business cases, and conducting market research.

Requirements

  • Valid transportation to travel within the assigned service area
