Role Overview

The Director, FP&A serves as a critical partner to the Americas executive leadership team, providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing all financial operations with full P&L responsibility.

What You Will Do

The role involves driving brand decisions through actionable insights/analytics, holding the executive team accountable for the financial impact of decisions, and steering brand choices towards initiatives with the highest return on investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics
• Strong financial background with in-depth understanding of business dynamics across different channels
• Strategic thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal capabilities with ability to effectively work across functions/countries and influence all levels of the organization
• Drive a results-oriented culture and accountability
• Exceptional analytical and modelling skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Solid PC and systems capabilities
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
