Role Overview
The Finance Operations Specialist will work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to manage sales invoicing, purchasing, and order-to-cash processes. The role requires 3+ years’ experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, or Commercial Billing.
What You Will Do
The Finance Operations Specialist will convert completed sales into accurate invoices and vendor purchase orders, manage multi-currency transactions, and resolve invoicing queries.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations, or Commercial Billing
- Experience managing high-volume invoicing in a B2B environment
- Strong numerical skills and understanding of margins and multi-currency transactions
- Confidence communicating with Sales teams and customers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interest in improving financial systems and processes
