People Operations Associate

Role Overview

As Via’s People Operations Associate, you’ll be the operational backbone of Via’s People function, building HR infrastructure from scratch, and owning the learning experience that sets our Field teams up to succeed.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the Launch Playbook end-to-end, drive compliance and policy administration, manage corporate employee onboarding and offboarding mechanics, and build and maintain Via’s internal resource library.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a closely related field
• experience with multi-state compliance or new market launches is a plus
