FP&A Manager, Content Finance

Role Overview

Shape how Paramount plans, funds, and measures its content, and help build the finance engine behind it. You’ll be the finance voice on Paramount’s US studio content portfolio, working directly with Content Finance, Acquisitions, and senior leaders on decisions that shape what ends up on screen.

What You Will Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the US studio content portfolio, including the five-year Long Range Plan. Present performance analysis and variance commentary to senior stakeholders, and partner with Content Finance and Acquisitions to model and evaluate content investments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Finance, FP&A, Accounting or a related field
• Strong stakeholder skills and experience working across international, cross-functional teams
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
• ERP experience, ideally Oracle Fusion, and any exposure to implementation or finance transformation projects
• Clear, confident communication with finance and non-finance audiences alike
• Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Fluent English
